Teresita (Terry) (she/her) is a certified leadership coach, leadership and team development facilitator, and DEI champion. Her passion includes working with leaders to become courageous, bold, inclusive, and authentic. Specifically, she is experienced in supporting her clients in capitalizing on strengths of their teams, re-inventing new approaches and perspectives, supporting and championing ongoing organizational change, and promoting and creating inclusive and safe environments that embraces diversity.
Terry supports the leaders and teams by integrating action learning methods and her organizational development background in her coaching, development, and facilitation engagements. She has developed, facilitated, and coached in numerous leadership development programs in varying organizations and industries. Notably, Terry has developed, facilitated, and coached in Women’s Leadership Programs for numerous global organizations, has conducted and advised culture assessment and transformation initiatives, and has developed leadership learning opportunities to develop and strategize DEI objectives and initiatives. Terry is passionate about supporting leaders in the work they must do in creating inclusive, safe environments for all. Terry has worked with a broad range of clients from many industries and sectors of government. Industries in which she has extensive experience include technology, health care, hospitality, finance, manufacturing, sales, pharmaceutical, and professional services.
Terry has worked with leaders and teams at Chief, Adobe, The World Bank Group, Capital One, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Freddie Mac, the National Security Administration (NSA), Customs Border Protection (CBP), National Park Service (NPS), Avant, RAND, Booz Allen Hamilton, SKF, Air Products, and numerous health care facilities and organizations such as MedStar, several hospitals in the Maryland and Washington DC area.
