Jay works with mid, senior and C-suite leaders, increasing leadership capacity. He provides strategic guidance and consulting and has extensive experience in group dynamics, talent management, culture change, engagement, organizational redesign and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
For close to 30 years Jay has worked in-house and as an independent consultant for various organizations, including Wells Fargo, Brighthouse Financial, Goodwill Industries, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, The Huffman-Cornwell Foundation and The Charlotte Humane Society.
An active community member, he has served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and the Huffman-Cornwell Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Guilford College and attended the Sorbonne in Paris, France.
He lives and laughs in Charlotte, NC, swims on a master’s swim team and is an avid pickleball player.
